Proaccess is looking for an interim project coordinator
Proaccess is now seeking a self-driven interim project coordinator for a fixed-term assignment starting in March 2026. The assignment lasts approximately 8 months and is purely project coordination, focusing on structure, follow-up, and coordination of already established projects.
The projects are prepared and decided, and you will join a functioning team with clear points of contact. The role suits you who thrive in a multifaceted role between project management, business support, and structure – without the requirement for new customer acquisition or personnel responsibility.
Responsibilities
As an interim project coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring good progress and order in ongoing projects by:
- Continuously following up and monitoring project status
- Documenting and reporting to the client and CEO
- Ensuring overall control, reconciliations, and documentation
- Supporting projects administratively and operationally until completion
- Handing over and closing projects in a structured manner
The focus is on structure, routines, and project management.
Additional – Business Area Responsibility
The assignment also includes an additional role as business area manager, tailored to needs during the period. This includes:
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on the business area's activities in line with legal requirements, governing documents, and certifications
- Working in parallel with the main assignment, balancing according to current needs
- Having result responsibility according to the established budget
- Project and invoice approval
- Contributing to a good physical and psychosocial work environment
Please note:
- No line personnel responsibility
- Salary setting, rehabilitation, and formal personnel issues are handled by HR and the CEO
- You report to the CEO and present the business area monthly in the management group.
Team & Collaboration
You will work closely with:
- An existing project team
- Personnel planners
- Owner/CEO
There is good competence in the organization, and the assignment requires that you are self-driven, but at the same time comfortable taking in input and collaborating closely with other functions.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within industry or construction
- Is structured, organized, and used to working with follow-up and routines
- Is comfortable in dialogue with clients and management
- Has an understanding of construction law (AB 04 / AB 06 is a merit)
- Thrives in a supportive, coordinating role without personnel or sales responsibility
